However, there are a few potential issues you may encounter while using the machine:

1. Unable to make coffee after using the steam function: This may occur when the machine is in an overheated state, requiring a cooling period. To resolve this, press the steam button off, open the steam valve, and release some water through it. The temperature screen will display "E-1".

2. Steam control knob turned on: When turning on the machine, if the steam preheat indicator flashes quickly, it means the steam control knob is not turned off. The solution is to turn the steam knob to the OFF position. The temperature screen will display "E-2".

3. High internal temperature after using steam: Wait for the machine to cool down or turn on the steam control knob to release hot water and cool it down (with a cup under the steam wand). The temperature screen will display "E-3".

4. Temperature sensor issues: If the temperature sensor is short-circuited or open, the temperature fuse is open, or there is a poor connection between the power board and the display board, please seek a solution from us.

When it comes to the size of the carafe that can fit under the nozzles, a regular drinking glass may be too tall. It is recommended to use specialized espresso cups for better results, as the base can be removed to accommodate taller glasses.
